When you're trying to pause a hectic weekday or winding down on the weekend, a portion of this gentle roast goes a long way to relax your mind and body.

Roasting

As a light roast, Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is easy on the palate and mellows into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa influences from Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa brings citrus hints to bring the balance. The result is a delicious coffee that can be enjoyed on its own or with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. It can also be paired with lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges extremely well.

We recommend the French Press method to brew this coffee. Preheating your vessel by adding some water that is just boiling will keep it warm. After making the coffee, let it sit for 4 minutes. This will ensure that the grounds are saturated and are not over-extracted. The water must be pushed through using the plunger. Do not stir or agitate your coffee beans 1kg arabica, as this could cause unpleasant elements to appear in your cup.
